Please disable smooth scrolling from Steam web browser

With the recent Steam Beta update of April 28th, the web browser component got updated to Chromium 49. Google enabled smooth scrolling on by default from that version, please disable or let us disable it. The embedded version used by Steam doesn't let the user access chrome://flags, where it could be configured.

I like it, but they have a section in the settings for "Web Browser" that's mostly empty. They could probably add the option for people there.

I agree, i really dislike smooth scrolling. I wish to disable it. It was good before but now i can barely scroll because it feels heavy and takes more scrolls on the wheel than previously.

agreed. Smooth scrolling causes motion sickness for some people as well. Please make this a toggleable option.

Never liked smooth scrolling. It's not smooth and feels like garbage. First thing I did when steam updated was try to find the option to turn it off.

+1 Smooth scrolling not only hurts my finger with the slow scrolling speed, but also makes me feel a little sick. I honestly have no idea why smooth scrolling is so popular these days. I just want to be able to disable it.

Scrolling now is so "heavy" and makes me sick. Old scrolling is much better.
At least add the old one as an option.
