[REQUEST] Prevent sleep/hibernation while dowloading

Please,
this is a feature eMule and many other P2P programs have since 15 years ago: when Steam is downloading it should prevent Windows sleep/hibernation. When finished with the download should let the system go in power-saving modes as usual due to inactivity timer (if set).

PROS:
You can leave Steam downloading your game in the night and when finished, after the specified Windows sleep/hibernation time-out, the system will automatically go standby. Efficient, useful, green, you don't have to worry anymore if Steam downloads could be interrupted (= incomplete download) by Windows power-management.

CONS:
Nothing.

Whats the point when you just change your os's setting to preven't your computer from doing that.
