Steam downloaded a Trojan?
So I was downloading Conan Exiles and half way through the download, Windows 10 defender flagged 3 files infected with a Trojan, all in the downloads folder for Steam.

It listed the first threat as a "Trojan:Script/Oneeva.A!ml"

In the file "D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\downloading\440900\ConanSandbox\Content\GraniteSDK\Baking\0114_0114_9cdbe8dc.gtp"

The other 2 threats were similar in location, originating from the downloading file of steamapps but they were listed as "Trojan:Script/Foretype.A!ml"

Now Im guessing this is a false positive given that all 3 threats have originated from a steam download literally minutes after the file was downloaded and I highly doubt Steam would allow any malicious content to pass by them.

That being said, I am still quite concerned that some other area of my PC is infected and its infecting the downloaded files. Im don't know how quickly virus infections spread and was hoping someone could put my mind at ease.

move this query to game forums. more likely it is false positive. you have to let know developers so they can work with virus database providers on this matter.
