DS4 v2 detected as 2 controllers
Steam is detecting my DS4 v2 as two controllers through wired connection.http://imgur.com/6jCbTUT.

This is causing double inputs in Big Picture Mode. Making it hard to navigate and configure the controller.

Exact same problem here . Bluetooth off (only wired) .Cant deactivate it in control panel without turning it off on steam too . Tried on multiple DS4 controllers same result with each .

Same problem here, disappointing.
Nice that I can actually enable it now though...

This was fixed in todays update.

no it wasn't, it appeared in the newest update. before, my V2 wasnt even seen by steam as a ps4 controller. now it's seen as one as well as "wireless controller," giving double inputs.

There was no update inbetween your two posts. The issue still exists.

I found a solution that worked for me!

Go to where your Steam install folder and delete all files and folders EXCEPT steamapps (so you can reinstall without losing games).
After reinstalling, keep your PS4 controller DISCONNECTED (usb or bluetooth) until you are in the Steam Beta and also have checked the PS4 controller compatibility box.
