Make an option to download OST or artbook DLC's, without downloading the whole game for it.

Because Steam client already have the feature as the Audio Player, and it will be comfortable for buyers of that type of DLC, shows as undownloaded OST's or artbooks in special folders for it, the same as for games, like we have Music folder for already downloaded OST's, if users want just to listen some OST or read a artbook from the game, without downloading the whole game or playing it. Thanks for attention.

In the meantime, you can use the client console to do this.

[Win] + [R] -> steam://open/console -> [Enter]
Console: download_depot <app-ID> <depot-ID>
