Scrollbar changes to very slim on store pages?

Do you have that now too, or is that a bug?

I find these ultra slim scrollbars highly impractical to use. I'm so happy that Linux Mint now allows me to get rid of it and define my own preferred thicknss and now Steam comes arouns the corner wirh this garbage (although for now only for the store pages).

It gets bigger when you hover over it.

Yes, it's gets bigger. but first you need to hit it with the mouse cursor. And that is the point I find so very annoying.

And overall, this inconsistency of the SteamUI keeps getting worse and worse (slowly but steady).

Also where in the hell is the sense of freeing very few pixels of screenspace like this, if the store pages not even closely use the full screen width.
