Access Denied You don't have permission to access "http://store.steampowered.com/dlc/418370/" on this server. Reference #18.ac811ec9.1514303213.431db4e
Anyone else having this issue after subscribing to Steam Client Beta?
Also I can't access the Steam Store section on the steam web page and on steam mobile app as well. However i can still access the community, library, profile sections just fine no matter where.
Any suggestions?

This may or may not depend on the region you're living in. Are you using a VPN?

Yup, from my own home.
So far I checked if steam was down over in my region (Brazil) and it's not.
My ISP has not issued anything about it also my friends from the same country are using it as normal. One of them suggested to set my router to it's factory settings, which i have yet to try.
Any ideas to why does this happen?

Apperently I just can't access any Steam Store related content from either the webrowser, steam client app or steam mobile app

Maybe you should try checking the firewall settings on your computer, both In and out permissions. If your not familiar with it, you can watch a tutorial in Youtube.
Cause I think someone might block that site in your computer. Well, I was just guessing. These should help if im correct.

It's back to normal now after a couple days doing nothing really that meaningfull

no i live in malaysia + alot my friend have not this problem, i done those flush dns delete temp file, is there any support team for me to contact steam ?

See if this helps :
  • (left top corner) Steam -> (pop-up menu) Settings -> (pop-up window, tab) Web Browser -> (button") "Clear Cookies"
  • (left top corner) Steam -> (pop-up menu) Settings -> (pop-up window, tab) Web Browser -> (button") "Clear Browser Cache"
  • As specificly the intention in your case, you'll have to go through the hassle of re-confirming your computer as a trusted device for the use of Steam, the Steam Market and Steam family Share. Also some settings will have reverted to default so if you customized Steam settings you have to do that oncemore. This includes opting in to the Beta program.

from (Left top corner) Help -> (dropdown menu) Steam Support you get to the Steam Self Help pages. If you can't find a solution there, there are (sparsely i might say) options to reach out to Human Steam Support. If the option is not given for your issue, take a topic that resembles yours.
