Razer Raiju Controller For PS4

Hello.

I recently got Razer Raiju which is designed for PS4.

In big picture menu it works fine after setting up buttons. (choicing ps4 configuration did no change button icons to ps4 ones)

In games tho controller is not responding.

Will we be getting support for Razer Raiju on steam as it is official PS4 controller?

Yhe.. found this was an issue. Razer Support site helped tho. :)

Everything works fine now and its reconized as PS4 controller.

Search Razer Raiju support. you will find it.

Linux appears to have been always broken :( I'm sure it'll get fixed soon though

Looks like Razer has shipped new drivers that break Razer Raiju PS4 pro controller support in Steam.

On Windows, you should be able to fix it from the Device manager. Learn how to do it here[www.razersupport.com] (look under "Can I use my Razer Raiju on Steam as a PS4 controller?")

Nah, this is just wrong. It doesn't work as supposed on linux - both triggers are recognised as buttons on and not axes.

EDIT:

Apparently you can set those as axes but you need to press and hold it and then try to reoconfigure. Initial press is recognise as button press then as it goes "further" it's recognised as axis.

Still, the "mouspad" doesn't work at all. And gamepad is recognised as generic xinput gamepad and not PS4 gamepad.

In the latest beta version Raiju isn't recognised at all, I'm on linux, getting these errors in console;

Can you check your udev rules, Furai? Also I think there have been some weird behaviors reported for people running kernels later than 4.8. You would probably get help if you post an issue on SteamForLinux github page the linux specific devs are on there: https://github.com/ValveSoftware/steam-for-linux/issues

There's been a bunch of changes in the hid-sony driver after 4.8, maybe there's some compatibility issue. My friend was using it with an older ubuntu machine just fine a few weeks ago.
