Steam Account self-lock without mobile authenticator

So the case is I've factory reset my phone forgot to turn off mobile authenticator then logging in my account but the mobile authenticator is on my way for logging in and I can't unlock my account so I tried this self-lock option it get worse than I expected. I don't know my code and the recovery code it's like in an endless loop but then I've remember that I wrote my recovery code but it isn't helping because of the mobile authenticator blocking the account even if I insert my recovery code the message was "sorry this account is on lock please contact the steam support for your log in request"
I've waited just one week to recover my account and the time interval for a steam staff to reply to your ticket (request message) is just two days so don't lose hope for having a long reply for your 'mistaken self-lock account'
