Report a translation problem
Scrolling on any steam page such as library, store or forums causes screen tearing at the bottom third of the steam client.

STEPS
Srolling up or down from any page in the steam client
EXPECTED
No screen tearing while scrolling
I've been getting this screen tearing issue for the last few months or at least thats about the lenght of time i've been noticing it.
So far i've tried...
> Different nvidia drivers and switching between stable/beta steam clients.
> Forcing vsync in the driver control panel
> Disabling the direct write feature in the steam client settings
EDIT: Tried switching between a HDMI and Display Port connection - doesn't fix the issue
