Visual tearing\artifacts while scrolling.

ISSUE
In the Store tab in Steam, while scrolling up or down with the scroll bar, the whole page becomes blochy looking, as if a bad digital reception on a tv, It also lags a bit.

GeForce 650ti \ Intel G620 2.6 Ghz - I doubt performance has anything to do with it.


STEPS
Srolling up or down from any page in the store section of the software.

EXPECTED
Smooth, artifact-free sctolling, as is in any other browser.

I will try getting a screencap of what I am talking about if there is an option to do such a thing.

EDIT: Okay, so a screencap didnt get the effect I wanted, so I used my camera and took a picture to hopefully get the point across, notice the checkered-board effect and tearing.

I've been getting this screen tearing issue for the last few months or at least thats about the lenght of time i've been noticing it.

So far i've tried...

> Different nvidia drivers and switching between stable/beta steam clients.

> Forcing vsync in the driver control panel

> Disabling the direct write feature in the steam client settings

EDIT: Tried switching between a HDMI and Display Port connection - doesn't fix the issue
