New Update: Cannot move or re-size window
Steam support sent me here. Ever since the new big steam update the only way I have of re-sizing the steam window is using the maximise button (next to the close button top right). Clicking and dragging the edge of the window no longer re-sizes. Clicking and dragging the very top of the window to move it doesn't work either. However the window can be re-sized and moved by using windows snapping of another window on half the screen.

Just got the new Steam update, can't drag the Steam window at all, and no way to move it to my other monitor which is extremely frustrating.

I'm having the same issue since recently. I can't move the window by dragging on the top bar and also can't resize it - neither on the edges of the window nor the little "drag symbol" on the bottom right.

Everything else in the UI works (like clicking on "Store", or clicking on menu items at the top like "Steam -> Settings").

I also tried and I can actually maximize/minimize the window, and moving the window using the WIN+Arrow Keys shortcuts does work (like [Windows]+[Arrow Left] or [Windows]+[Arrow Right]).

Additionally, the following also works:
1) Have Steam open
2) Hover over the Steam icon in the taskbar
3) Right click on the thumbnail preview of the window
4) Click on "Move"
5) Then, click and drag the cursor that was just placed on the topbar
6) Moving the window works now, but only until you release the mouse button. If you immediately try dragging it again, it won't work again.

Also, in similar fashion, the following works for resizing the window:
1) Repeat steps 1-3 of above
2) Click on "Size"
3) Now click and drag the cursor that was just placed in the middle of the window, and drag it outside of the window in any of the edges or corners
4) As soon as your mouse leaves the original window area, the window now properly resizes with your cursor
5) When you release the mouse, the window keeps the resizing. However, when you try to drag the edges/corners now again, it won't work (until you do the trick through the thumbnail preview in the taskbar again)

For info:
- Using Windows 11
- Having a 150% desktop scaling on a 4k display

my steam just got stuck with this problem. quit+reload not fix. Win+Arrow keys wont move it. The maximise/min button just covers the taskbar or not. can't move/resize. can still move/resize other popup windows eg settings. how has it not been fixed in 6 months??

I'm using Windows 11 Home on my PC. None of the above suggestions have worked and my FS 22 game screen is still much smaller than my full-screen steam screen. PLEASE HELP ME
