URL bar showup setting gone after Steam new UI update

I can't find setting for show/hide URL bar after new UI update

There way only enable / disable it from localconfig.vdf with param NavUrlBar in "system" tab

Hello, can you tell me in detail how to turn it off, I did not find the system tab in localconfig.vdf and did not find "Steam_ShowUrlBar_Option"

I tried a few things and it seemed like it didn't work but then I noticed the new interface's URL bar is just really small (also there might be some kind of delay where you need to close and reopen the Steam app a couple of times, potentially).

I don't know if the values are even doing anything, but right now under "system" I have the NavUrlBar value changed to "0" and a new line beneath it with "Steam_ShowUrlBar_Option" set to "1." This gives me a little non-editable bar (clicking automatically copies the text now, which is nice). If you right click a link to open in new window, you have an editable (and somewhat larger) URL bar too.

*edit* I haven't had any problems so far but I also made sure to save a copy of the file before editing, just to be safe.
