Special Offers section of store half size cards missing banners

ISSUE:
Sometimes when the store loads the half size cards on the Special Offers section don't show the "In library" or "on wishlist" banner on the top of the card. It is sometimes fixed by reloading the store or going to your library and back. This issue does not occur for full size cards so there are instances where full size cards of games I own or that are on my wishlist show the appropriate banner but the half size cards populated on the same load do not. It seems like this should all be a single API call so I'm not sure why this happens or why it is sometimes fixed when navigating away from the main store page then back.

Select STORE from the main menu

RESULTS:
I sometimes encounter the issue noted above.

EXPECTED
All half size and full size cards note whether they are already in my library or on my wishlist.
