I can't change my Steam image header

I use custom images for most of my Steam games, yesterday for some reason all of the headers (as in the image that shows on the game you've last played) either isn't changed or is just blank. The blank issue applies to only one of games as far as I know.

I have tried reinstalling the game, I have tried reinstalling Steam and deleting all the images and replacing them with backups I've kept but nothing seems to have worked.

It looks like the filename of the header images has been changed. I noticed this when Steam had downloaded a few header images with a new filename into the "librarycache" folder. Not sure if this will work but try renaming your custom header images to "<AppID>_library_header.jpg".

My previous post is probably not related to this issue. The filename change only affects a small number of games (only 5 on my library). But Valve has definitely changed something about the header images.
