Microphone Voice is High Pitch / Distorted
Everytime I start steam i have to go to: Steam/Settings/Voice/TestMicrophone
I hear my voice as high pitch/distorted.
I then goto Windows Audio Devices, Recording, Microphone: Right Click, Disable, Right Click, Enable, OK.
I then go back to Steam/Settings/Voice/TestMicrophone, and my voice sounds normal.
I have to do this eveytime I start Steam.

Windows 7, 64bit

Update: This was not a Steam specific issue.
I have fixed it (for all microphone applications) by changing the advanced properties of my microphone: Default Format was 48KHz, I changed it to 16KHz, problem fixed.
