Impulse triggers not working with Xbox Series controller
I have two controllers, an old ONE S and a new Series.
In Forza Horizon 5 and Steam Input is enabled. Impulse triggers of the ONE S controller works, but the Series does not.
Both of these will work if steam input is disabled.

To use the impulse triggers through Steam Input on Windows you have to go to Settings->Controller and install the Xbox Extended feature report driver. Unfortunately, the API to use it normally isn't usable by Steam due to it only working if your window is the active, focused one.

Yes, the "Xbox Extended Feature Support Driver" is installed, and my old One S controller works fine, but the Series controller does not.

Ok, now it works fine. I disconnected the One S controller and plugged in only the Series controller.
In Settings - Controller - Controller name shows "Xbox Series X Controller". I remember when it wasn't working it said "Xbox One S Controller".
