Can't create a new collection in my library.

When I click on Library/Collections and try to create a new collection... Nothing happens.

Steam Beta Client Update (Latest)
Windows 10

Steps:

1. Open Steam.
2. Open Library.
3. Select Collections.
4. Click on create a new collection.

Results:

Click away all you want.
Does nothing.

Expected:

I'd like to be able to create a new collection in the Beta client.

Side Notes:

I believe I could switch out of the Beta and create a collection. Then switch back and it would be there. What a pain.

Same issue, also unable to delete existing collections.

Same here. Existing collections can still be edited, but creating new ones or removing existing ones is 100% busted. Switching to the stable client immediately resolves the issue.
