Friends & Chat window not working

ISSUE
The Friends & Chat window is completely black and not working. You cant grab and drag it. Its only possible to move with Windows key + Shift, however, this only moves the window and does not solve the issue. Reverting back to non-beta update solves the problem.

RESULTS
The Friends & Chat windows opens up but its blacked out and you cannot interact with it.

EXPECTED
The Friends & Chat windows opens up, is populated, and you can interact with.
