[LINUX] Steam use of clipboard to copy/paste

Hi, on the linux version of steam there is something quite annoying.
When you copy something from outside of steam (typically firefox or a terminal), you can't easily paste it in steam.
Nearly every software on steam rely on the primary buffer when copying text whereas steam use the clipboard buffer. So steam doesn't look in the "right" buffer to find something to paste.

So please look for the primary buffer instead of the clipboard buffer.
That should be quite a small bugfix.
(or perhaps just add a flag or an environment variable or an option)
