Last steam client beta (march 17) doesnt work. (steamui.dll error)

I am here connected through a web browser. the last Steam client beta can t open steam at all it says "fatal error: failed to load steamui.dll". i ve just done that process of delete all in steam carpet, except steam.exe and "steam apps", and redownload steam. It works but i am not in client beta. When i choose again opt into the beta, it downloads again the last beta, and AGAIN THAT "fatal error failed to load steamui.dll".

What should i do? can someone help me?

EDIT: I am redownloading again through steam.exe. For now i won t opt into steam client beta, that s to bad for me because i am in the in-home streaming and music beta.
I won t die because of that but it would be cool if you guys fix this.

oh wait nvm went to steam help page and found out

P.S. the dll i downloaded was verified to be real by serveral people on the comunity. now to play enter the domatrix saints row 4!

O_O, do you know these ppl to be trusted? f.e. a.t.m. in chat, there are scammers advertising a download for Teamspeak that has malware build in. These scammers invested a lot of chat- and game-time to earn trust they did not deserved.

its a few months later. and my computer is perfectly find even after downloading the ddl. so yea i guess im find.
