[SOLVED]Distorted voice(like I'm using a voice changer software when I'm not)

I found this problem when I was playing CS:GO. My teammates were asking me to shut up or at least switch off the voice changer when I'm not using any. So I went to Steam settings>>Audio>> Test mic... Confirmed that the voice was very deep and robotic. This happened after I upgraded to Win10.

Please fix this ASAP as communication is very important in CS:GO. It cost me all of my games after that. The problem also persists in Dota2.

p/s: I confirmed it was only on Steam as I recorded myself talking on my pc and it's fine. I even Skyped my friend to confirm there wasn't a problem with my mic.
