Context Menu Display Issue in Steam Client due to GPU Accelerated Rendering
Issue
The context menus in the Steam client beta are not displaying correctly when the "Enable GPU accelerated rendering in web views" option is turned on. The menus appear distorted, with scrambled or broken text and visual artifacts, making them unreadable.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Go to Steam Settings > Interface.
2. Enable the "GPU accelerated rendering in web views" option.
3. Right-click on various elements (such as a game image in the store, friends, any element with a right click context menu).

As shown in the attached screenshots, with GPU accelerated rendering enabled, the context menus are distorted, with scrambled text and unreadable content. Disabling GPU accelerated rendering resolves the issue.

This behavior is inconsistent, the context menu randomly switches from normal view to bugged with multiple sequential triggers.

System Information

Operating System: Arch Linux
Hard Acceleration GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060. nvidia-dkms 560.35.03-16
Steam Client Version: Steam Beta Update

Same issue here

Also inconsistent, sometimes even happens with pages in steam webbrowser.
If it happens in on webpages such as community or shop pages, resizing steam winow fixes the issue.

OS: Fedora Linux, Wayland
GPU: GeForce RTX 2080, on 565.77

I also experience this issue on my KDE neon installation, I have a NVIDIA RTX 4060 on the Wayland DM, I think it might be how steam interacts with Wayland on NVIDIA cards. this also happens on the left context panel in steam big picture when hitting the chord button.
