Recording has been stopped after encountering an error - Steam Game Recorder

ISSUE:

The feature Game Recorder has a problem when recording videos on NVME M.2 storage (that happens to be the default steam recording folder on primary disc C:\) in both "Background" or "Manual" recording modes. After recording for less than 10 minutes, it gives me a steam notification with the error that reads: "Recording has been stopped after encountering an error."

No matter what settings used on GAME-SPECIFIC SETINGS, tried all options including GPU hardware encoding on/off and HEVC (H.265) codec on/off, it still cause the error after recording for about 6 minutes or less in every attempt.

SPECS:

Windows 11 - i9-9900k - RTX 2070 Super 8GBVRAM - 16GB RAM - NVME M.2

SOLUTION:

My solution to this problem was to change the Recording Folder to be in a folder on my hard disk HDD which is my second storage (disk D:\) instead of the default steam recording folder on my NVME M.2 main storage (disk C:\).
