Do you have any of these unavailable items on your wishlist?
I think you need to remove all of them first?
Because I have no issue with sorting the new wishlist, but I also only have existing games and regionlocked entries on my wishlist.
In case you are wondering "Unavailable item" means that the game was delisted by the publisher and is no longer for sale at all. On the old wishlist these would be hidden, but now they aren't, so you can remove them.
But I can try that, thanks. I'm currently going through Support also.
I did ask a couple friends who also have "Unavailable Item" and they said they COULD rearrange their Wishlist as normal. So I don't think that's the fix. But it still may be. Support said I could try if I wanted, but it hasn't been an actual instruction of theirs yet.

I'm sorry to hear that. I really don't know what else you could try.
It could or could not be related to the "unavailable" entries.
It's up to you if you want to try removing them, worst case it might do nothing to fix this issue. Like I said, the entries without proper names (unavailable item) will never come back, they are delisted by publishers, so there's no harm in removing them.
But it would be interesting to know if this issue is related at all or not.
So it seems to be something related to some sort of browsing software issue for me. I'd say it's perhaps a really unique bug somewhere on my PC, but the person below seems to have the same problem.
I've posted on MS Community and may post on Tom's Hardware forums. If no one can figure anything out, I may just re-install Windows. But I'd like to see if it can be fixed first.
edit:
I'm also getting odd Steam forum errors. But anyway, I didn't even think to check mobile. The Xenforo forums are still bugged for me on mobile, as is Steam Wishlist on the Steam mobile app. So I think my accounts are just wack for both Steam and those Xenforo forums. Which means I'm not even sure if a Windows re-install will help. yeesh.

Long story short, I thought there may be an issue with something software related on my PC. As Xenforo forums and Steamworks was bugged. However, the Xenforo forums actually worked fine on Firefox.
I talked to a Xenforo forum admin and he said Edge, Chrome, and even Steamworks all share the same Chromium engine. But Firefox has its own engine that doesn't use Chromium. So it seemed to be a Chromium problem. I checked Silk on my Fire tablet (also Chromium based) and it was bugged too for the Xenforo forums.
The admin suggested some things about Java too, but I did not have Java installed.
However, I ran a virus scan and 17 Java files from an external hdd were infected and then quarantined. After the virus scan, the Xenforo forums work fine now on Chrome, but still not on Edge or Silk. The Xenforo admin said Edge may still be affected by Silverlight software.
Either way, it seems some bad Java files from an external drive MAYBE caused some issues with Chromium-based browsing software. Removing those bad files helped Chrome, but not Edge or Steamworks. And obviously didn't help Silk on my table nor Chrome mobile.
I think something is wrong with Chromium software on my PC and I guess tablet and mobile? So I'm narrowing the problem to Chromium. But I'm still not 100% sure of the exact problem or fix.
Even on Firefox, Steam wishlist and forums were still bugged, so I'm not sure if Steam integrates its Steamworks (Chromium) software in that specific tab on Firefox to still bug out. But I still believe it is Chromium-related, this entire problem.
I have not uninstalled Chrome yet, especially since it now works. I'm not sure if that'll somehow alter Chromium software, but again, it's bugged on Fire tablet and mobile too, so...
Hopefully all this info helps others or can allow others to help me!
edit:
The Xenforo forum admin solved the problem for their forums as it appeared to slowly spread to other users, including the admin himself. But they fixed it now. "DNS flush on the backend as the website was caching older versions of the JavaScript and stylesheet files which weren’t compatible with a security update that had been done."
So if any Steam tech/engineer ever sees this, please consider looking into this troubleshooting on your guys' end. I may re-open my ticket, but I'm always reluctant and think Support will just tell me troubleshooting on my end, when it may very well be on Steamworks' end.
