I Still have the problem, now i tried to ''Flush my Steam application files''
http://store.akamai.steamstatic.com to your (antivirus and) Firewall exceptions.". Malwarebytes doesn't have a firewall does it? Firewall is more important in this suggestion then AV.
On the use of a Firewall Steam also offers this advise :
"Using a Firewall with Steam"
https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=2198-AGHC-7226
If that doesn't help, i am afraid you should try these possibilities :
"Nothing appears on the Storefront page"

The Steam Support finally replied my ticket and we found a solution:
A \Steamapps\folder, the\userdata\folder and Steam.exe (This file is listed as an application and its icon Steam logo in black and white).
I don't know how this worked, because i already tried to remove completely the Steam and reinstall the program.
I've got a GeForce 4070, I'm on Linux kernel 6.1, and nVidia driver version 535.183.06 (the latest available for Debian Testing).
Since I think I'm pretty good at this Linux stuff (been using it for 30 years), I'm going to try to install the latest (stable) GPU driver version (550.107.02, released 2024-07-29). I'll update here with whatever results I get.
Would love to get some guidance from Valve on this, such as how to learn more about what Steam thinks it's trying to do but failing at (suppressed warnings and errors).
