Buzzing sounds/Static in Steam recordings without a microphone

A lot of the Steam recordings or clips that I save has some form of audio distortion/corruption. I understand that in some cases a microphone may cause this, but I do not use a microphone when recording!

There are two forms in which this audio mangling occurs:
- Audio that cuts in and out around 10 times pre second (sort of a jittering effect)
- Buzzing over the audio. This happens less often than the audio jittering.
In every case where the buzzing sounds start, it then transitions into the audio jittering. The jittering may just occur by itself though.

I have no idea why this happens. It is extremely annoying!

OS: Windows 10
Steps: It occurs randomly
Result: Buzzing/corruption of Steam recordings and clips audio
Expected: There is no audio distortion/corruption
