Microphone not working in Steam Game Recording

OS: Windows 11

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Turn on Game Recording and Mic for game recording
2. Open Counter Strike 2
3. Start recording, (I used the button but you can also press F11)
4. Play a match or do something
5. Play it back in game and/or afterwards

Description:
When I try to record a clip in Steam Game Recording it doesn't record my mic even though, I have the Record MIC option set, I made sure that my mic was working and was selected in the mic settings. I also made sure to test it in steam and it worked.

I figured it out XD, I forgot to turn Phantom Power on my mic after our power went out
