Steam OPENS UP RANDOMLY

on Epic games, Battle Net, Ubi-soft,EA or working..... Randomly Steam has its own power to open up randomly and Start up app is off. How can i turn it off etc

I have the same problem, for example, when I'm playing and Steam is closed, it opens automatically, which makes the game minimized. This happens every few minutes.

every time i turn my pc on steam starts up on its on even though start up is disabled in steam
and steam is not showing in task manager-startup apps so i cant disable it there even in settings-apps-startup none

My problem is not in startup, but when I open Steam and close it, I start playing, Steam randomly opens and crashes my computer. I even uninstalled and installed Steam, but it didn't work. Now I have no choice but to delete windows and reinstall if this method works.

Mine open randomly gaming or working. On a total different game that has nothing to do with steam. It opens randomly and start up apps is turned off.

The only thing I could see is that Steam is a virus... my steam randomly opens about 6 times per day when I play other games not on steam and I disconnect my account every single time. They open my steam randomly and sign me in automatically while tabbing me out of my other game.
