Steam Mobile App crashes because of a bug caused by Steam Families Beta.

ISSUE
I can no longer access to Steam Mobile App. It crashes every time I open it.

OS
PC: Windows 11
Phone: iOS

STEPS
1) Switch Steam Client to Steam Families Beta
2) Create a Family
3) Delete the Family
4) Restore the Family you deleted
5) Delete the Family again

RESULTS
- Steam Mobile App no longer works, crashes after showing Steam logo when opened.
- A red "Failed to load the family data. You do not have permission to perform this action." error on Manage tab of Family Management.
- "Something went wrong while displaying this content. Refresh

Cannot destructure property 'settings' of '(0 , p.X1)(...).data' as it is undefined." error on Library tab of Family Management.
- Notifications are broken.
On stable Steam client and browser, notifications button shows what notifications I have and when I press "View All", it shows 0 notification.
On Steam Families Beta client however, both notification button and notifications page you open when you press "View All" shows 0 notification.

EXPECTED
- Steam Mobile App should work.
- Family should be deleted as normal.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- I'm using Steam Families Beta client.
- Switching back to stable Steam client didn't fix anything, Steam Mobile still crashes.
- Switching back to Steam Families Beta client again didn't fix anything too, Steam Mobile still crashes.
- Both PC and Phone operating system is up-to-date, internet is connected with no issues, meets requirements and Steam Mobile App is up-to-date.
- Reinstalling Steam Mobile App didn't fix anything, Steam Mobile App still crashes after logging in.
- I have done every single troubleshooting advice. Nothing fixed my issue.

Same, my android 3.74(25) version is literally broken and won't fix itself, I already reinstall the app over and over again. Now I backward to the 3.0 version which released almost 2 years ago. Don't know if Valve will fix this horrible issue. Now I'm pretty sure it was caused by the family beta.

Steam Families are now fixed for me but these are still broken:
- Steam Mobile App no longer works, crashes after showing Steam logo when opened.
- Notifications are broken:
On stable Steam client and browser:
Notifications button shows what notifications I have and when I press "View All", it shows 0 notification.
After waiting on that page for approximately 10 seconds, everything (except profile picture, profile name and the small "Notifications" text near profile name) disappears from the page.

On Steam Beta Update client:
Both notifications button and notifications page you open when you press "View All" shows 0 notification.
After waiting on that page for approximately 10 seconds, everything (except profile picture, profile name and the small "Notifications" text near profile name) disappears from the page.
