Steam crashes on mouse hover video previews.
ISSUE
Video previews that trigger on mouse over on any store page cause Steam to crash.

OS
Windows 11

STEPS
Open main store page or any page that lists games.
Mouse over a game entry that has a video preview on mouse hover.

RESULTS
Steam crashes and re-opens. Error in Event Viewer is error code 141: Live Kernel Error. A device on the computer caused Windows to stop working.

EXPECTED
Should be able to mouse over a game entry on store listings without Steam crashing.

I have tested this on multiple browsers by visiting steampowered.com, and this error doesn't seem to occur, so I can only assume it must have something to do with the built in web browser that steam uses internally.
