I can’t purchase Nier Automata on sale

As the title says, I can’t purchase the game and dlc. I put them in my cart, but it says they are already in the cart. The “continue to payment” button is greyed out. A message says remove overlapping items from cart to continue, but there is only one game and one dlc in the cart.
I thought it might just be my steam deck, but it’s the same with the Steam Store on my iPad as well.

If you're still facing this, remove the DLC from the cart. The game is the 'Game of the YoRHa Edition' & comes with the DLC.
