STABLE STEAM CLIENT BUG : Changing Custom URL results in profile could not be found
Steam Beta Branch: Stable Client
Steam Version: 1709168962
Windows 10

Steam ID Custom URL does not update changes - The specified profile could not be found error for user section.
Affected - Activity, Profile, Friends, Groups, Content, Badges and Inventory sections.

STR
Edit Profile->General->Custom URL
Change from steam id A to steam id B
Navigate to Activity or any other affected section

Expected result:
User will be able to open any section after steam ID changes were made.
Actual result:
URL not updated, error The specified profile could not be found error for user section.

Been a weird issue for a while. A client restart usually fixes it.
