Impossible to manage gift date

Good afternoon, I cannot manage the gifts saved in my inventory. I had them saved for a special date and gave them away with a dedication, on distant dates. And now that I wanted to edit the date and place a dedication (since during the purchase I did not write notes), the area to reschedule the gift and edit the dedication is bugged, nothing appears under reschedule your gift. Someone else happens?

At new steam rules from 5 may 2017 year you can not change date for sending gift or send gift on email... Valve broke gifts system in may 2017.
Only in your cart you can select date and buy gift, here no additional options after purchase.
edit: Only old gifts purchased before 5 may 2017 you can send on email or change date sending to friend.

It's a bug that they still didn't fix. Check the forums. It has nothing to do with the rule changes of 2017.
