Even unmarking the game doesn't help.
did you mess around with the silly private settings?
edit: also found a direct link for the 2022 Replay I sent to someone last year in Discord - and even when I'm logged in and click the link, it just says "Site Error" and "Sorry, this account does not have any playtime this year." despite still showing my stats for the image in the link, haha.
And it is expected things break )and it is always annoying) when its in a first "public" testing.
Give it bit of time, im sure some one in Valve is paying attention to the reports.
I really don't think this was the best time to release this test in the middle of sales, stats and whatnot's .
Bug test succeeded and report generated.
This is happening to mee too. And for some reason, my 2023 was in Private but I never change that...
It should be back, I don't speak for Valve but they're generally pretty good on restoring broken things. I imagine the data is still there its just lost in transit due to an update and will need to be patched. I came here looking for answers for the same exact issue you are all having.
I am actually missing my 2023 replay with the same error message, just came back here to notate that, and I'm on the latest STEAM beta update.
Something weird happened with the update, I am not sure how you get your 2022 replay to show back up though.
