Steam Servers Dialog missing "Add A Server" button
ISSUE
The steam Servers Dialog is missing the "Add A Server" button in the favorites tab.

OS
Windows 10/11

STEPS
Select VIEW from the main menu
Select GAME SERVERS
Select FAVORITES button/tab

RESULTS
I’m taken to the server favorites tab, but there is no "add a server" button to manually add a server address. It exists in main branch of steam.

EXPECTED
The "Add A Server" button should be displayed, to the left of "connect".

I was just going through looking to see if it was moved or shoved somewhere else entirely and was unable to find anything either.
I am also on Windows 10 running the current BETA branch of Steam at the time of this post.

I had taken a picture to share with someone else who isn't running the BETA branch as someone else who is had been asking where to add servers was now located. So I guess I'll share it here too for clarification purposes as well.
