SteamVR spams Cloud sync unknown error notifications

Issue:
When starting or closing Steam VR I get the titled issue. Cloud sync says it's fine in the library page.

Expected:
No notification should show

Versions:
OS: Windows 11 build 22621.1635

+1 on I'm having this issue too. Just started a couple weeks ago. Only happens when closing steam vr, tho.

same since the latest update..... with every update comes other stuff wich is completly useless, i dont need a window that me tell open steam, want start in this or this mode with nice colors and pictures, totally bs for me, i want open my Account, start and it works.

If plug in a USB to the quest it let's steam vr work, this just happend to me aswell

Also having this issue. Everything that it's appearing for doesn't have anything that it would sync in the first place, and I think that's the problem. It stopped ignoring them last update or something, so now it's trying to sync a save file that doesn't exist.

Im having this issue and i think its messing up my Vrchat, invites dont work for me and my friends list doesnt update. Would love to know if theres a fix for it.

extremely annoying. I tried playing city car driving on shadow pc and it keeps being faulty even to vrchat

Started happening to me as well, and just around the same time VR games started stuttering real bad at times.
