Cannot move or resize the Steam window

ISSUE
Cannot move the Steam window. When trying to "grab" the top of the window to move it, it moves the text (Steam, View, Friends, Games, Help)
When trying to resize it, nothing happens

Windows 10

STEPS
Open Steam.
Try to move the window anywhere.
Try to resize it.

EXPECTED
To move the window anywhere I want and resize it

I have also encountered this situation where I am unable to move the Steam web window

Yeah, this ♥♥♥♥ is stuck in the middle of my main monitor, when I usually have it open in a corner of a second monitor. I can use Win+Arrow keys to move it around, but that's the only way I've found. Can't use the mouse to move or resize it at all.

Restarting Steam helps every so often, to move the window I found that hovering over the steam icon in the taskbar then clicking with RMB on the little preview of the window, select move. Then you can move the window as well.

Hmm that's weird, wonder why that's doing that, not encountered it myself. What's the maximize button look like? If it's maximized it shouldn't be draggable, well, and it should fill the whole screen, if it's showing the two window icons overlapping to turn off maximize, then it might think it's maximized already and won't drag.

It's not maximized for me and when the button is clicked it behaves as expected.

I cheezed it a little bit by making a zone in PowerToys about the size I wanted it to be and used the previously stated workaround to make it the size I want, still can't move it much though

Got any window's window scaling settings on Steam? I know a number of those were causing all kinds of havoc in the recent BPM beta

Disabling "Scale text and icons to match monitor settings" has fixed it for me.

Aha, yeah, scaling seems to be hectic with the newer steam stuff lately hopefully they can sort it all out

I woke up today and found that Steam has already resolved this issue, bro

Yeah, the issue is gone for me now. Very bizarre the first time it happened though.

I found a workaround, launch big picture and then exit big picture. Fixed it for me.

yei have the same issue, bug picture workaround didnt work for me (win 10) besti can do is win+arrow keys to move it to my other monitor and stuff
