The Issue:
Steam Web Helper

When the Issue:
Was going to open steam

The result:
It moans that the webhelper is not responding even though in task manager, it says, its fine

What i expected:
It not to be there

OS:
Windows 10

Steps:
1. Open Background Window
2. Right-click on steam
3. and then the screen pops up

I'm also having multiple issues with Webhelper not responding, i've pretty much tried everything. Delete file, uninstall, all the webhelper options disabling things etc, gpu updates. It has been like this for a week now and i am currently unable to us steam at all!

For the past 6 hours today, and the entire last week, i have been stuck with this problem, doing absolutely everything possible. Even uninstalling steam [delleting all my games in the process :(], and finally i came here with the solution [it's in spanish but doesn't matter]:
