Steam In-Game Overlay Display Not Working on MAC [White Page or Transparent]

When I Shift-Tab to open the in-game steam overlay, either a white screen appears or a transparent display opens. This is started happening after steam updated to their new UI.

As of right now, I am not able to buy in-game CSGO sticker capsules due to the issues I mentioned earlier with the in-game Steam overlay.

—I am currently using a 2021, 14-inch MBP with the Apple M1 Pro chip—

Yup same thing for me. Has been broken since the update. You think steam would care cause they are losing out on money but nothing so far.

same here literally, it works for other games but not in CSGO.

the same thing, in cs go once I managed to buy a key, it never opened again, only a white screen and that's it, I hope the cattle will be fixed, otherwise the maximum discomfort ...
Maybe someone knows how to fix this?

Ive tried to search everywhere for a fix to this tbh, and ive tried everything but i think, first of all, the issue is so new because its clearly due to the new steam update, so i dont think a solution is yet to be found. And second; i dont think there’s a lot of cs players who plays on a mac, so for now i think we’re literally just ♥♥♥♥♥♥

Start the Game in BPM and you can buy keys, and capsules.

Im on the same situation, mac cs:go player, i want to buy capsules but steam just displays a white overlay that doesn't work

I managed to buy some capsules by simply hovering my mouse over the “invisible overlay display”. At one point the cursor will change into a hand when it hovers over the purchase icon(which you can’t see).

Give it a try, maybe it might work for you too.
