Screenshots are not saving to a custom folder specified in the Steam Client
ISSUE
Screenshots are not saving to a custom folder specified in the Steam Client.

OS
Windows 10 x64 22H2

STEPS
Click Steam | Settings.
Click In-Game.
Click 'Screenshot Folder' and select a custom folder. (ex. D:\temp)
Click OK.
Start a game and take a screenshot using F12. Close the game.
On the Library game page, scroll down to the Screenshots section and click 'Manage my screenshots'.

RESULTS
Windows Explorer opens a window at the location <Steam install folder>\userdata\<user id>\760\remote\<game id>\screenshots. The saved screenshot is stored in this folder.

EXPECTED
Windows Explorer should open a window at the custom screenshot folder specified in the In-Game settings in the Steam Client (ex. D:\temp). This folder is empty when inspected.

The custom screenshot folder is for uncompressed screenshots and not the ones used for uploads.

That makes sense, to keep compressed & uncompressed separated, but why not save them under the same parent folder? That makes more sense than splitting them up.

I may move this to a feature request.

So basically uncompressed screenshots don't work for certain games and there is no way to fix it?
