Family Library Sharing wiping authorized device lists upon account password change
Issue:
A good friend and I have authorized each other's libraries so we can play each other's games when we want to. We have been using this feature successfully since it was first implemented several years ago on Steam. Over the last 2 days we have been troubleshooting why we can gain access to each other's libraries (we both recently built new PCs) and then overnight we would lose access to each other's libraries again (which had not been a problem in the past). Believe we have narrowed it down to being an account password change which results in wiping clean the authorized devices list under Manage Family Library Sharing.

OS:
Windows 11 (both PCs)

Steps:
-Login to Steam Client with my account
-Go to Steam/Settings/Family
-Check the box next to "Authorize Library Sharing on this computer"
-Let my friend login to his account on my PC
-Under friend's login, Go to Steam/Settings/Family
-Check the box next to "Authorize Library Sharing on this computer"
-Check the box next to friend's "Eligible Accounts" under "Share"
-Log back into my Steam account where I can then see my friend's Game Library along-side my own.

Everything with Library Sharing then works like it has worked for years up until...

-I log back into my account
-I go in and change my account password
-I go back to Steam/Settings/Family
-I click on Manage Other Computers and my authorized device list is wiped clean (there are no more listed authorized computers/devices)
-My friend then receives a notification that I have revoked Library Sharing on his PC while logged into his Steam Client.

I can confirm this behavior is the same on both my PC and my friend's PC and with both sides of our accounts. In other words, whether I'm sharing and changing my password or he is, the same behavior of the devices list being wiped occurs. Further, we can both gain access to each other's accounts and then upon each of us changing our password, the entire list of authorized devices is wiped for each of our Accounts/Clients.

Hoping this is a bug and not a new feature of Family Library Sharing. In my research prior to posting this, I read through the Client patch notes through the last year and did not find any Family Library Sharing changes.

Thank you in advance for looking into it!
