Missing avatars, 'Your Game Avatars' shows a maximum of 5 avatars

ISSUE
When you want a Game avatar the selection only shows a maximum of 5 avatars when some games have more than 5 avatars, e.g. Team Fortress 2 has 27 avatars to choose from but the page only shows 5 at random.

Examples of the same games with only 5 avatars showing and each time there are different pictures.

You can see in the 4th picture above that there is an ability to show more than 5 avatars at a given time.

Doesn't matter it's on Steam's end.

STEPS
Go to your Profile, select Edit profile
Go to Avatar
Select 'See All' on 'Your Avatars'
Scroll down to 'Your Game Avatars'


EXPECTED
Each game should show all of the avatars and NOT just 5 at random

In the old web design there was a link to expand all avatars from a particular game
