Can't see my friends' recently achieved achievements

ISSUE
I was just checking my CS:S page when I saw that one of my friends achieved an, well, achievement, yet it didn't show up, just a blank space for it to show.

OS
Windows 10

STEPS
Log in to Steam.
Click LIBRARY.
Check any game.
Scroll down until you find a bit until you see a blank space.

RESULTS
You won't be able to see your friends' recent achievements, only their name, "achieved", and a blank space.

EXPECTED
To be fixed, so that you can see your friends' recent achievements.

I can confirm this. Happens for me too.

Hey I've had the same issue. Probably happened by switching between beta and non-beta client recently.
I was able to fix it by closing steam and deleting the Steam\userdata\YOURSTEAMID\config\librarycache folder.
