Dualsense PS5 for some reason this new update moves my cursor (FIXED)
It worked fine until the last update, now the ps5 controller is out of control and moves my windows cursor, and I had to install the DS4tools emulator and everything works perfectly.

I have the same problem, and also, this is the first time when my "player indicator" led is on...

Well, now I have 2 Led lights as if there were 2 players connected but there really is only one; (and I hadn't had any emulator installed for years with DS4Tools.

But worst of all, when moving the cursor (it's something like my right analog stick moves by itself) I already thought it was or the touchpad the control was defective, but it is not like that because with the Ds4tools emulator everything works perfectly.

We will have to wait for them to read this and fix it in the next patch

If you are right, although you calibrate it it seems that then the cursor moves even more, for now it is impossible to play with the steam input and dualsense controller

@Migthy_Python it looks like you've turned your deadzone all the way down to the minimum. If you're having stick drift issues you want to increase that by moving the sliders to the right until the circles in the visualization are well outside of the area your joystick rests in. You might want to try both nudging/flicking the joystick to test because the resting place of the joystick can move depending on how you most recently moved the stick.

I'm actually having the same issue everyone else is having here and I thought it was an issue with the deadzones but I made the deadzones as big as possible and was still experiencing stick drift with the mouse cursor. It seems that Steam is now ignoring the deadzone or something.

Same problem.
Deadzone works fine in games for me, but when its pretending to be a mouse cursor its ignoring deadzone.

NOTE: I'm not sure if I'm playing any particularly sensitive games though.

I just fixed mine. Note: Just normal not big picture instructions.

In steam.
Settings -> Controller -> Desktop Configuration

You will get a picture of the PS5 Controller

Click the Joystick Mouse on the Right Stick.
Click Additional Settings
*Increase the Dead Zone Inner*

NOTE: Mine has been set to zero, I increased it just a touch.

My cursor still dancing in ETS2, but all other games I can quit to windows and it doesn't freak out anymore. Thanks bro!

I will try, but I think I did something similar before reporting the error and it still continued to fail, as soon as I do I will tell you
