Bug - Issue with scrolling up and down Steam pages

Is anyone else having an issue with this? When I use my mouse wheel to scroll up and down the page, it becomes jumpy and I can't even make it to the bottom of the page - and it also appears to happen when I move back up to the top too. Even when I click and drag the scroll bar on the side of steam, it gives me a really difficult time nagavating a page.

I have this exact problem too. Was about to post my own bug report when I saw this post.

ISSUE: When scrolling, it smooth scrolls excrutiatingly slowly, and grabbing the scroll bar will only bug the screen/bar out as if it's trying to maintain control. Scrolling more only makes the display jump - almost always to not-quite the bottom and then stops working. If scrolling up again, it will jump to the bottom before acting the same way as scrolling down, but upwards instead. It's very frustrating.

OS: Windows 7

Problems started a few days ago for me, although I've not been on the client as much so it could have started earlier.

Same...very weird... the last click of my scroll wheel, moves the scroll the wrong way. Also sometimes i can't even use the mouse to move the scroll bar.

Confirmed.
MMB scroll also doesn't work properly.
Things got broken after one of the latest updates, there were updates for web component if I recall everything correctly.

It appears to be fixed on my end today, Nov 19. Reading the updates I'm unsure where it was fixed though. Scrollbar wrong size, maybe? From Nov 16 I believe. Seems to be working now, as I said.

same here, using W7, but using the side scroll bar works fine, only MMB is glitchy

As of this morning, it appears the bug is gone. Everything appears to be working fine.
