Sandboxie with latest steam client and beta (cef.win7x64) bug or error?
ISSUE: Steam not working properly with sandboxie, not loading pages store, community and others.
OS: Windows 10 x64 1703
STEPS: Just run steam in sandboxie and try to open store, community, profile pages...etc
RESULT: endless page loading, not loading or black screen
EXPECTED: pages should open without problems

I found a workaround:
just rename folder C:\Steam\bin\cef\cef.win7x64 to cef.win7 and run steam with parameter C:\Steam\Steam.exe -inhibitbootstrap (blocking check updates). no need start with -no-cef-sandbox -nochatui -nofriendsui

i think it's a mistake because C:\Steam\package archives for different OS have name folder:

(bins_cef_win32.zip) windows xp - cef.winxp (works fine without problem)

(bins_cef_win32_win7.zip) windows 7 32bit - cef.win7 (works fine without problem)

(bins_cef_win32_win7-64.zip) windows 7 64bit - cef.win7x64 - bug

(bins_cef_win32_win8-64.zip) windows 8 64bit - cef.win7 (works fine without problem)

(bins_cef_win32_win10-64.zip) windows 10 64bit - cef.win7x64 - bug

The same problem in the new version of steam package 1536436120. You can by default make all the folders in the package bins_cef_win32_win10-64.zip and bins_cef_win32_win7-64.zip cef.win7, unless of course it will be correct. Update please internal web views to latest stable chromium 69 or newer, because current ver 65.0.3325.181 old and buggy (leak memory)
