Dirt Rally appreas as purchasesd in store but is not available in my library

Issue

As the title says, I've recently purchased Dirt Rally (for free as it has been made by the developers recently), however, it does not appear in my library and is not considered as a "owned game". The store page of the game currently highlights the game as "Play Now", but nothing happens.

Additionally, I've reported this under ticket number: HT-99Y6-M8RH-9CWK

STEPS

• I purchased the game
  
• The steam client offered me to install/play the game right after purchase
  
• I clicked the the link that was offered

RESULTS

• On the Steam Client - I get a small windowing showing "preparing to start", but only for a second and nothing happens
  
• On Steam via Firefox - I get a Site Error: "An error was encountered while processing your request:" "The link you followed does not appear to be a valid URL."

EXPECTED

The game should begin downloading as it should normally with other games on steam.

I am having the same issue, it says it is in my library but when i click play game a steam window pops up and disappears just as quickly.

Same issue on Windows 10 Home. The store page says that I own it, but it also says it's on my wishlist. Doesn't show in library and won't start install from store page.
