Steam chat window opens up on secondary monitor, when only primary monitor is enabled
Reproduce the error as such:
Turn on (extend) secondary monitor move steam chat window there. Turn off secondary monitor (display on primary only). Steam chat window will bug out, cant be clicked, won't open on primary monitor. Turn on secondary monitor, chat window is there, where you left it, on secondary monitor.

i hover over steam chat window on taskbar and on the preview i right click and click maximize, then it opens up on main monitor instead of the monitor that is a turned off secondary
