Generic USB controller recognized as PS3 controller

I took a look at your logs, is the controller you're talking about a G-Shark GS-GP702? When we added PS3 controller support we went through and categorized the controllers that people reported as being PS3-like as PS3 controllers. From what I can tell from googling it does look to be a generic DS3 clone - is this:

Are you having problems using the controller? If so, can you try checking the Playstation controller support checkbox instead of Generic Gamepad.

And i never got problems with my controller even playing on steam, before the update my controller works very fine as a "Generic Control" but with the update this controller "magically" is set as PS3 controller...
And yes! i activated the "Playstation controller support checkbox" but i repeat: Not all the games supports the PS3 controller and if you activate this "checkbox" to simulate a 360 or generic controll, the games simply not work well.
