Controller "Stick Response Curve" includes "Output Anti-Deadzone"-range
OS:
Windows 10

STEPS:
- run a game with fixed 25% deadzone (for example GTA V)
- remove it by setting "Output Anti-Deadzone" to "0.250" in Steam
(at this point the deadzone is removed flawlessly)
- now set "Stick Response Curve" to "Extra Wide"
(the wider the curve the stronger the effect of the issue)

RESULTS:
The curve is applied to the output-range BEFORE Anti-Deadzone, causing the curve to be also applied in the range that is dead/skipped. This is causing the loss of the first 25% of the curve (cutting it), which has weird unwanted effects.

EXPECTED:
The curve should be applied to the remaining 75% (Anti-Deadzone-range excluded) ONLY in order to make it behave like expected/wanted.
